Seed - Dominique

Sixty years ago the king of the desert city of Celastin grew jealous of those who practiced magic and outlawed all practice of the mystic arts within his kingdom.  Those found practicing magic are all given one sentence: death.  Now Celastin stands ready to conquer its neighbors with the express purpose of eradicating all magic in the world.

During the time of these mage hunts, a young blue-skinned girl from across the sea searches for a goddess who disappeared many years ago.  She finds herself hunted by the soldiers of Celastin but aided by friends in unexpected places.  However she will need all the help she can get for it is not just her god that has disappeared....  (first page)

Dominique

The ever cheerful protagonist of the series, Dominique heralds from the tribe of the green skinned Atrier, who make their home west across the sea from Celastin.  Her origin is a bit of a mystery to her people as she was simply found in the temple of the Atrier goddess on her holy day.  She doesn't remember who her parents are, where she comes from, nor why her skin is blue rather than green like other Atrier.  It is her hope that her journey to find the goddess will yield some answers.

The Meek - Angora

Hooo!  How to describe The Meek?  Well supposedly it will be a high fantasy story about a war brewing at the machinations of an insane nature spirit as told from the converging viewpoints of a cursed emperor, an outlaw seeking vengeance, and a green haired girl with a mysterious ability to manipulate plants.

I say "supposedly" because The Meek only managed an introductory chapter for each of the three main character before going on  hiatus in October of 2012.  However a recent post by the author on her blog says the webcomic will resume again some time in 2015, so if you're feeling patient it might be worth a wait.  In the mean time I still highly recommend you give this webcomic a read.  (First page)

Angora

One of the main characters of the series, Angora calls the untamed jungles her home and takes the "scantily clad jungle girl" trope to its absolute extreme: the naked jungle girl.  For many years she's lived in the wilderness with only her "grandfather" for company and is a bit naive/perplexed when it comes to the ways of humans.

Roza: the Cursed Mage - Roza

This week we get away from slapstick slice of life and make move into high fantasy.  Roza, or Roza: the Cursed Mage, is a webcomic about a raven haired girl with trying to lift a curse that was placed on her long ago.  The nature of this curse gives her an affinity for manipulating fire but is highly unpredictable and makes anything flammable her blood touches catch fire. 

Unfortunately as of this writing Roza has been on hiatus since June, 2013 but what's there is definitely worth a read, especially if you're a fan of free spirited barefoot girls.  (First page.)

Roza

The titular character  Roza is a wanderer with a bit of mischievous side.  It is not entirely clear how she got her curse although she definitely wants rid of it sooner rather than later.  She has a very gypsy-esque appearance, including the tendency to go barefoot most of the time and on the occasions she does wear shoes circumstance often conspires for her footwear to get conveniently lost.
