Heather

Heather is a recurring rival/antagonist of both Ash and Emily as well as a skilled street racer.  She can be rather single minded at times and will give it her all to "win" at whatever challenge she applies herself to.  This also means that she doesn't take loss and/or humiliation lightly and can hold a grudge with the best of them.
